The 2022 edition is now available, and its Recommended for Google Workspace apps program is a special approach for outside developers to reach more customers.

Google is emphasizing 12 distinct tools. They have been examined by the business and put through a security evaluation by a third party. Over 4.8 billion installs and 5,300 public apps are available in total on the Marketplace.

Apps submitted by partners will be assessed based on the strength of their offering, their strategic commitment in Google Workspace integrations, and their approach to security and privacy.

You might notice them in the sidebar or more fully integrated once your domain enables. Many cater to certain enterprise use cases and provide capabilities that first-party Google applications do not.

AODocs: With a close integration with Google Drive, AODocs makes sure that important documents are in control and simple to locate. Copper: Easily analyze data straight from Google Sheets, record and sync meetings with contacts, and automatically update records from Gmail. Dialpad: Sync contacts, auto-fill meeting links in event invitations, and more. Fast, simple, and secure eSignature integration is offered by DocuSign. LumApps: By providing tailored messaging and easy Google Workspace app integrations, LumApps enables teams to be more productive, organized, and informed. Users of Google Workspace and Gmail can send customized bulk emails using Mailmeteor. Miro: Easily schedule interesting meetings and collaborate visually for more coordinated, creative teamwork. RingCentral: Connects to the Google Workspaces OS and apps to streamline and speed up current workflows. Spreadsheet users can connect files with Sheetgo to build robust automation. Users can quickly sign, send, and manage documents using Signeasy right from Google Workspace. Supermetrics: Marketers use Supermetrics to import data directly into Google Cloud tools like Sheets, Data Studio, and BigQuery from marketing platforms. Customize emails in Gmail, track outcomes in real-time, and use Google Sheets to plan follow-ups with YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge). According to Google, when Workspace customers visit the Marketplace, these apps will be the first to be suggested to them and shown. Developers that apply and are chosen for inclusion additionally have access to technical advising services, early API access, and additional new or improved perks.
