According to a fresh teaser that was initially seen by GSM Arena and posted on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Motorola’s event has probably been moved to August 11 at around 2 PM local time, with sales perhaps commencing right away. If that is the case, the announcement of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 as well as other things will be made during Samsung’s Unpacked presentation on August 10 just 24 hours after the event. It appears like Motorola wants to immediately compare its Razr 2022 to Samsung’s comparable foldable clamshell.

It’s possible that the Motorola Razr 2022 will be able to defeat the Galaxy Z Flip 4. It is anticipated to have a 50MP main camera and a high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU, unlike the previous model. It already has an advantage over the competition because to its large 3-inch cover display, and the flatter fold helps it seem better than the opposition. It’s unclear if this will hold true with all the hardware changes as the first foldable Razr was also more inexpensive.

As intriguing is the Moto X30 Pro/Edge 30 Ultra. The 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 camera on its back will be its main selling point in addition to its top specifications. Despite Xiaomi and Sony getting there first, this phone will show whether Samsung can make a 200MP sensor more effectively. Unfortunately, it appears that the Moto X30 Pro will only be offered in China, even though it may later be released in other markets as the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra.
