Very soon, Samsung’s fall Unpacked event will take place. Today’s event will begin at 9:30AM ET and last for around an hour.

Samsung is anticipated to unveil the Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Buds2 Pro during this event. That is comparable to what Samsung unveiled last year at the same event. However, it doesn’t appear like a new tablet will be unveiled at this event this year. Unfortunately, Samsung is still one of the few Android OEMs producing tablets, so this is terrible. Therefore, it is unlikely that the Galaxy Tab S9 will be released this year.

NO GALAXY NOTE FOR THE SECOND YEAR Samsung essentially declared the Galaxy Note to be extinct last year. indicating they weren’t going to release a new one and that they were shifting to foldables. However, the Note is still alive; it’s merely the Galaxy S lineup’s Ultra model right now. Which is far more logical.

With this Unpacked presentation, Samsung hopes to establish foldables as a mainstream product this year. Which they essentially achieved with Unpacked the previous year. Announcing the Galaxy Z Flip 3 at $999—almost every other flagship on the market was priced similarly, but they didn’t split in half. This resulted in a significant increase in market share for foldables year over year. Samsung now intends to repeat that goal this year.

Unpacked will begin at 9:30AM ET as previously announced and last for around one hour. The embedded YouTube video is where you may view it live. As has been the case for the past few years at unpacked events, we anticipate that pre-orders will go live right away after the event.
