The final guaranteed update for Google’s flagship phones from 2018 was released in October 2021, but there was one more upgrade this February. Unexpectedly, VoLTE roaming capability was added to the Pixel 3 and 3 XL today.

Google typically releases one more update once a phone leaves the guaranteed Android version and security updates stage. (That final release for the Pixel 3a and 3a XL is scheduled for next month.) That was the February security patch, which came just before Android 12L was made available for the Pixel 3 family.

Four upgrades for the Pixel 3 and 3 XL are listed on Google’s factory images website as of right now. Every phone has a global build as well as a Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone Australia build.

The build number indicates that this is still the first Android 12 version and not 12L, which introduced some changes that affected the user interface:
