As was announced last week, Ubisoft will make Roller Champions available on Stadia. The new free-to-play game’s publisher officially revealed all of its details today, as well as the fact that Stadia won’t host its day-and-date release.

On May 25, Roller Champions will debut on PCs as well as Xbox and PlayStation devices. With a Ubisoft account, the game enables cross-play and cross-progression.

In Roller Champions matches, there are two teams of three players, and the team that scores five points first wins. Players can customize their characters with helmets, gloves, and other accessories while being ranked according to their talents in the game. New things, both with free and paid tiers, are unlocked with a Roller Pass. The actual game will be available for free.

You and two teammates will compete against a team of three in each match in an elliptical arena. The objective is simple: score five points before your competitors do. The fundamentals are also simple to understand. Maintain possession of the ball by skating and passing, stealing it from your adversaries with a strategic tackle, and completing a full lap of the court before taking your shot.

Following the May 25 debut on other platforms, Roller Champions will eventually be added on Stadia, Amazon Luna, and Nintendo Switch. The precise release date for the Stadia port has not been announced by Ubisoft.
