Google’s newest natural language processing is used in three entertaining demos in the upcoming demo app AI Test Kitchen, which you can use on your phone.

The second iteration of LaMDA (Language Model for Dialog Applications), which can produce text about practically any topic, was introduced by the firm at Google IO 2022. Google is introducing a brand-new tool called AI Test Kitchen to assist demonstrate what LaMDA is capable of while also providing insightful feedback on the tool’s output.

Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google, underlined on stage the experimental nature of these experiments, which may lead to the generation of objectionable content. As a result, AI Test Kitchen is being gradually introduced to a small number of groups at a time, and each of the app demos gives users the chance to score responses and provide feedback.

You can select a prompt for the language model to use to describe a scenario in the first example, Imagine It. You can then choose one of a few automatically generated questions to inquire about the incident/situation, and an answer will be generated in response.

List It operates on a similar principle, allowing you to ask the AI for instructions or suggestions on how to do a specific activity. The task is then divided into a series of possible actions you might want to take. The following set of steps can be further broken into more detailed steps.

Talk About It is a much more constrained demo, to finish. In general, it’s intended to serve as an example of how to keep an AI focused on a certain task. However, Talk About It is currently just intended for discussing dogs.
