The Galaxy S22 series will receive the latest One UI 5.0 beta upgrade from Samsung the following week. When the distribution starts, along with the changelog, we’ll let you know.

Android 13 is now available on select Samsung tablets and smartphones thanks to One UI 5.0. The Galaxy S22 series’ beta program was initially made available by the firm in South Korea, Germany, and the US. With the second version, it also made more products available in India and the UK. The company also started beta testing the new software for the Galaxy S21 series at the same time. We wouldn’t be surprised if additional Galaxy smartphones join the party now that the third release has been out. Though it’s unlikely that the beta program will expand to more areas.

One UI 5.0 has a lot to offer because it is a significant update to the Android OS. A few examples are Privacy Detection, Maintenance Mode, the option to turn off RAM Plus, updated icons, subtle UI tweaks, and smoother animations. Naturally, the beta builds have certain issues and may be unstable, but Samsung is working quickly to fix them. Another wave of bug repairs and enhancements should be included in the future version.
